The role of the Story-Tellers is the smooth running of the weekend, insuring fair play and to inform you of how the story is progressing. They also have the devious pleasure to allot special rules, bonus victory points and random events; these are nothing but the Fog of War. With regards to the rules, we ask you to use common sense and to work out any problems between yourselves. If you come across a situation that isn't covered in the rulebook use the friendly dice roll to deicide the answer. Also please don't be afraid to politely ask your opponent to show you any rules that you’re not sure of that they have just used. You can request a Story-Teller to adjudicate over a situation that is hard to classify in the rules, remember at the end of the day the Story-Tellers ruling will be final and any arguments will result in penalties. If a Story-Teller does stops at your table and watches the game, don’t get concerned, they are gamers too and enjoy watching a good battle. |
