Got most of the terrain area sorted Thursday 040909 which was great Brads been Fab and him and nathan maybe turning up sat 060909 just to put a shelves in.... Stephen stout had a n idea of having a trolley for the Flames terrain which would mean Looking at getting small platic bins as well as alocking mechanism for the 5th set of cupboards for the felt tress and water.. Also we have plans about new terrain being built over this year but will also look at cleaning up and repairing the terrain we do have..... We have 2 large bins for cloth but will get a third for that. we also have another one with excess terrain held in back NEXT Quarter will look at repairing terrain,maybe get some of this done before conquest..... Memebership is every increasing and we are quite close to the target of 60 we planned in the first 6 months AJS suggested about New Place getting medals which sounds like a good sweet deal and bring that up next committee meeting.... Will get onto jason in reagrds to getting a reprint of membership cards (the old cav ones) and put this webaddress on it as well and get them handed out to the members. Getting more member usage and involvement on the website......painting blogs and army building would be great going to try for the middle of october for that.. will also try to pump out the one and one comp with woolsten any ideas.. just drop them in here be fab |
